Native Paper Flowers Christmas Wreath - PaperLab

  • The Windsor Workshop Level 1, 115 Chapel Street WINDSOR Australia (map)

Paper Lou from Paperlab (as a qualified Medical Scientist, the name makes total sense) is happiest surrounded by prismatic paper squares, some sort of cutting instrument and a stick of craft glue.  She will take you back to those blissful days of yonder, when your mortgage repayments, taxes and what to pack for school lunches was not even a blip on your radar – we are talking about those care free, happy-go-lucky, insouciant days of fun filled activities you engaged in as a little one.

You will be treated to an array of fine food / coffee / tea / wine to feed your creative energies.

Over a fun filled, tea sipping (or wine quaffing) evening, you will learn…

1. How to fashion Native Australian inspired flowers out of paper
2. How to combine origami techniques with paper craft skills to achieve realistic results
3. How to convert paper flowers into a Christmas Wreath

Students will take home a Christmas Wreath ready to take pride of place on their front door.  A ‘how to card’ will also be provided for those who do not complete their wreath on the night.  Please note – Green eyed neighbours will be on a mission to thieve your masterpiece – so we suggest you fasten well to your front door using a combination of super glue and a nail gun…

Dress Code

Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit sticky-icky with glue
