How to Embrace the F Word: FAILURE with Dara Simkin

  • The Windsor Workshop Level 1, 115 Chapel Street Windsor, VIC, 3181 Austalia

We build so much shame around rejection and failure, yet it actually takes more courage to 'give it a go' than it does to avoid it all together. We need to learn how to embrace failure and make it our friend, so we don't miss out. Buddha tells us that pain is inevitable and suffering is optional, but when it comes to failure, why do we choose suffering? Even after we are rejected or criticised, we continue to pick at our failure wounds. This workshop will teach you failure first-aid.

What we will cover:

  • Failure First-Aid: putting Band-Aids on our emotional boo boos
  • How to embrace failure so it doesn’t hurt so much
  • How to build failure resilience

Over a fun filled evening you will learn…

  • How to embrace failure so it doesn’t hurt so much
  • How to build failure resilience
  • Why we need failure to succeed
